A quiet puzzle for the night shift

Switches stay where you leave them. A flip sends at most one carriage to the first open siding. If none is open, it waits. The rightmost waiting carriage is first; the manifest lists it first too. Undo any wrong delivery, or ask for a shortest-path hint. Match the solver’s par for a perfect dispatch.
